Soaked Oatmeal Apple Bars

cup yogurt

cup butter, softened

1/3 cup maple sugar or Rapadura

Botanicals)

teaspoon sea salt (Selina
Naturally)

teaspoon vanilla extract

cup dried apples

cup raisins
Combine the oats with the yogurt and softened butter. Cover and
leave at room temperature for 12 – 24 hours. Preheat the oven to
350˚. Stir in the rest of the ingredients until well-mixed. Spread
the mixture in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are
just beginning to brown. Cut into 24 small bars. |
